Planar Truss Example for Comrel Add-on RCP Consult, 2021-2025 Page 14Run and Text OutputBefore running the job, you can modify under Job %u2192 Settings the Computational Options. The description of this step will be omitted here. For the original MatlabPlanarTruss.bti a SORM analysis will be performed. Otherwise, all options are the default settings. You reach Computational Options directly by its button in the main toolbar %u2013 watch the tooltips. You can now run the reliability analysis under the main menu item Job %u2192 Run or by a click on the semaphore like button at the right end of the toolbar. Run starts the reliability computation.Attention %u2013 in the unlicensed version of the Matlab Interface the content of Matlab script filefor this example (2 variants) and Symbolic Expressions are preserved for a Run. However, you can change content of script file or values in Stochastic Model and evaluate everything by Numerical Evaluator, but reliability computation is only allowed for the preserved content.During runtime, the most important results are always directed to the Results tab in order to control performance. Termination of the run is indicated by a message (Reliability analysis is finished ...). You may scroll through the results to get a quick overview. The run produces the results file *.rti, the monitoring file *.mti and the post-processing file *.pti for standard graphical post-processing. In the case at hand the following files are produced: MatlabPlanarTruss.rti, MatlabPlanarTruss.mti and MatlabPlanarTruss.pti.%uf046 For STRUREL Add-ons like MatlabPlanarTruss.sao described here a new subdirectory below the \\Add-ons\\ directory will be created with the name of the SAO, here \\MatlabPlanarTruss\\. It will collect all the files mentioned in this example. Results are written to the file *.rti (MatlabPlanarTruss.rti for this example) which can be opened under View %u2192 Results. You can check the monitoring file (View %u2192 Monitoring) MatlabPlanarTruss.mti and create standard plots from the plot file MatlabPlanarTruss.pti (Plots Tab). All these 3 files are ANSI text files, and you may also check these by e.g. Notepad.
