Planar Truss Examplefor ComrelAdd-onRCPConsult, 2023-2025Page 23Run and Text OutputBefore running the job, you can modify under Job %u2192Settingsthe Computational Options. The description of this step will be omitted here. For the original FortranPlanarTruss.bti a SORM analysis will be performed. Otherwise, all options are the default settings. You reach Computational Optionsdirectly by its button in the main toolbar %u2013watch the tooltips. You can now run the reliability analysis under the mainmenu item Job %u2192Run or by a click on the semaphore like button at the right end of the toolbar. Runstarts the reliability computation.Attention %u2013in the unlicensed version of the FortranInterface the content of Fortransourcefilesfor this example (2 variants for each)and Symbolic Expressionsarepreservedfor aRun. However, you can change content and evaluate everything by Numerical Evaluator, but reliability computation is only allowed forthepreservedcontent.During runtime, the most important results are always directed to the Results tabin order to control performance. Termination of the run is indicated by a message (Reliability analysis is finished...). You may scroll through the results to get a quick overview. You have to select the state function, in this case FLIM(1){Planar%u2026}. Therun produces the results file *.rti, the monitoring file *.mti and the post-processing file *.pti for a standard graphical post-processing. In the case at hand the following files are produced: FortranPlanarTruss.rti, FortranPlanarTruss.mti and FortranPlanarTruss.pti.%uf046For STRURELAdd-ons like FortranPlanarTrussGFOR.saoor FortranPlanarTrussGF90.saodescribed here a new subdirectory below the \\Add-ons\\directory will be created with the name of the SAO, here \\FortranPlanarTrussGFOR\\or \\FortranPlanarTrussGF90\\.All results are written inthe file *.rti (FortranPlanarTruss.rti for this example) which can be opened under View %u2192Results.You can check themonitoring file (View %u2192Monitoring) FortranPlanarTruss.mti and create standard plots from the plotfile FortranPlanarTruss.pti (PlotsTab). All these 3 files are ANSI text files, and you may also check these by e.g. Notepad.
