In the main menu under Function\\Insert\\InterfaceFunctionsyou can find two menu items OCTAVESand OCTAVEFThese functions are based on the capabilities built into the Add-on StrurelToOctave.sao. OCTAVESprovides the script filename without extension%u2019.m%u2019as a single literal parameter without embedded blanks. OCTAVEFdirectly uses a Symbolic expression in the notation of Octave. Selection of one of these items inserts special template expressionsoctaves(\on caret position in the Symbolic Expressionstab.
